🔥 Glassblowing Date: Books Up Fast!

ALSO: Plush Feast, Feral Hunt, and Swift Jams

Happy Wednesday, Rhody-folk!

Here we are in March already, with tantalizing 38 degree days, and a possible 54 degrees today! I’m at the point where if we aren’t going to get snow, fine, then let’s get into to 50s and stay there. Alas, the weekend dips to a more seasonally-realistic low 40s, but with LOTS of sun. We’ll take it! 40’s and sunny is honestly fantastic light hiking weather.

The children, some of you ask? We are introducing a new section this week, Rhody Kiddies! We heard from some of you that you’d like to see what we can find, but at the same time, not the same usual “story times”. It’s a tough one. We’ll try our best and see what YOU think. Do drop us a line with ideas and kiddo feedback.

We also introduced “Staff Pick” to our favorite link of the week: check out the “cute mink.” Whichever link got the biggest “awwww” or “LOL” or “cool!” gets the Staff Pick label.

Community Happy Hour? The winning votes for an event were for a Happy Hour somewhere in the West Bay. That leaves us with, oh, 100+ options! Rhode Island may be lacking in square miles, but not in restaurants per capita. So today’s survey is titled: “Best Spot for a Rhody Weekender Happy Hour”. Click through and tell us the best places you know of.

But what about other events? For those that voted for “let’s take a poll” to create something else for Rhody Weekender readers, we’ll be tracking answers to that in our Reader Poll coming your way in a week or two!

Test your RI legal skill with this week’s Wicked Lil’ Trivia down below.

So now let’s get right to the lists and plan a fantastical weekend for you.
